Hold on, chillax! We’re not trying to sell you on our services. Instead, here are some our clients that will do the hard work for us.
We chose Bigger Living Lofts, led by Jon Fuller to convert our loft space and replace our whole roof which was at the end of its useful life. This was a large project on our four-bedroom house. We are very pleased with the results and would certainly use Bigger Living again if we ever needed to. Jon was genuinely enthusiastic about the project from beginning to end, finding solutions, suggesting best approaches and then delivering what had been agreed. We saw Jon on site most days and whenever we needed to discuss anything.
Jon can call upon all the trades you will need in a project; plumbers, plasterers, roofers, carpenters, electricians etc. etc. All these visitors to our house were courteous and professional, and cleared up after themselves. Our neighbours commented on how the disruption of the works was kept to a minimum.
The quote was clear and itemized and stage payments were clearly defined at the start. Of course, during the project, we changed a few details and added some extra items. We discussed with Jon and quickly agreed any changes to the cost.
We are very pleased with the cost, the end result, and with our decision to use Bigger Living Lofts.

Jon Fuller managed and built our loft conversion and a year later built a side return / utility room for us. Overall we were very happy with the build quality, snagging lists were always short and fully resolved, and 2.5 years on we have had no issues at all with the work. Jon was extremely communicative throughout and flexible in terms of making changes as well. We would be happy for prospective clients to drop in to see the loft and extension.
